How much is shipping?

-all orders under $75 will ship for $5.75 

-all orders over $75 will ship for FREE (Continental US Only)

-shipping fees are non-refundable

 

When will I receive my order?

- Orders placed by 1PM CST will ship the same day (Monday-Saturday)

-All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and deliver in 2-3 business days!

 

Can I pick up my order in store?

Of course!

"In Store Pick Up" will be an available option at checkout!

Select this option and pick up your order during store hours.

⭐️You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pickup! (usually within 1 hour of placing order)⭐️

Store Hours:

Monday-Friday 11AM-6:00PM

Saturday 10AM-4PM

Sunday: Closed 

What is our return policy?

(ONLINE)

  • Store credit only, no refunds.
  • All returns must be shipped back within 10 DAYS of delivery
  • Discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.
  • Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to accept your return.
  • Must include your receipt
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for returns.
  • Once received, we will issue a gift card via email that may be used online or in store.

  • Store credit/exchanges only, no refunds.
  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 DAYS of purchase
  • Discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

What will cause my item(s) to NOT be eligible for return?

  • (Online) Return was not shipped back within 10 days of delivery
  • (In-Store) Return/Exchange not made within 10 days of in-store purchase 
  • If your item was discounted
  • If your item is not in its original condition (unworn, smoke-free, unwashed & tags attached)
  • If the shoe box was used as your shipping box
  • Receipt was not included

How do I return an online order?

Step One:
Please refer to our return policy to ensure your return meets the criteria listed above.

Step Two:
Please contact us via email or phone to notify us of the return so we can anticipate your package.

Please include your receipt in the return package.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are the customer’s expense.
